Bounce Luggage Storage - Vauxhall Bridge Rd

Everything worked fine, my bags were in the same state I left them and the owner of the shop asked us to take a picture of the bags so he could confirm our baggage in the end.The only thing I have to complaint is that in the beggining we had acsess to the place the bags were store (that was also a open room in the souvenir shop) without supervision of the staff.

Friendly staff, luggage left for a couple of hours before our train from Victoria to Gatwick so we could go and have dinner. Very convenient and easy to find, easy to book on phone. Would definitely use again

I was expecting a separate room with a locker, but i can't say my luggage wasn't safe...a cashier was nice and honest and little time delay weren't problem...thanks :D

I chose this place because of the good reviews when I searched for somewhere that I might be able to leave my bag.Personally I found the place difficult to locate because my WiFi was playing up and we walked about 15 mins around the block unnecessarily, but we eventually got back to square one and while it wasn't what I expected, (just a little grocery shop), the guy was really friendly and pleasant and I felt comfortable leBi g my bag there. He checked my details and put a tag on my bag to identify it and asked me to take a photo of the tag on my bag.. Very useful service and we were delighted to have somewhere to leave our luggage after we checked out if our hotel.. I know where it is in future and would definitely use the service again.

On line services are easy to use. The location we used was close to Victoria Station, about a 3 minute walk. The staff were helpful and our bags were kept safely until we retrieved them. Good value for money too.

The place is very close to the main entrance of Victoria Train Station. The drop-off and pick up went very smoothly. Would definitely recommend to other travellers.

I left my louggage the whole day, and was really easy with the app, just booked in advance and dropped off my suitcase. You have a picture of your items on the app.And when I picked up my stuff was perfect! Also the opening and closing hours are really convenient.

Location is very easy to find and access. Luggage was just placed on the floor toward the back of the open shop. Workers were friendly but did not actually refer to our information when picking up the luggage, so we really could have ran off with anyone’s bags if we wanted. Not the most secure set up.

Quick and easy service at the store. Friendly staff. Would be better if it was easier to find. There's only a stand outside the store that advertises Bounce. Plus, there are two stores down the same road that do Bounce storage so we ended up running between the two to find the one we booked at.
