Really quick service fixed my phone screen in under 3 hours and works great, very friendly:)

had a good experience, I hadn't read any of the reviews or else I might have avoided it! however they quoted me a very good price and quick turnaround for my charger port (£35) and seemed nice. Phone did end up staying with them for a few days due to them needing to order a part which they advised me when i came back to collect it, this was fine, they didn't charge me anything extra, it was all dealt with properly and i felt like my phone was safe. the charger port is not as good as the original but it is an old phone and quite beaten up, it works fine.if you want a good deal and simple service then try this market stall, you could do worse.

TERRIBLE SERVICE My son took his phone because it was not charging. They lost his sim card and then charged £35.00 for a new battery even though the battery was not the problem. They then did not give back the original battery. The phone was working but not charging fully when taken in and returned not working at all. They then would not give me a firm date of when the technician was going to be there.

Awful, I took my phone in to have the screen chip fixed. Recently had the screen, back case and chip fixed but had knocked it again. The screen and case were in perfect condition. They rang me to say the screen needed replacing. I said no and that I would take it back to where I had it fixed previously. When I picked it up, and payed the £10 service charge, he showed my a slice on the LCD that wasn't there when I left it. He was adamant it was and laughed when I challenged him. After full inspection there was also what looks to be a slice from a thin blade to the back case. I will be contacting the police as this is criminal damage. DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS SHOP!

Charged my so 12.99 for a glass cover that broke within 5 minuites and did not stick to the screen

Worst company I’ve ever experienced in my 33years. I can see why so many people have left bad reviews.. I should have read them first. (little update.). found mouse tech Newport uses genuine parts not after market rubbish. He comes to you in a van. Professional A1 job done. I was told my phone was missing screws inside and also this company had bent my vibrating holder. So if you want your phone in a worst state than what you take to them this is the place.

Did an awful job of repairing my cracked screen on a Sony Z1 compact, the back wasn't glued, had huge lag problems after it was repaired, screen wasn't even fully working after the repair. Then my dad took his Z5 compact to them (before I could warn him) and they took months to come out with the same problems and charge extra! Also they glued a cheap plastic screen protector to the phone and charged £25 for it!

BAD IPHONE SCREEN REPAIR - took my iPhone 7 here for repair and although it was quick and the price competitive my screen was never the same after. It was extra sensitive in some parts and not sensitive enough in others. You could feel ripples under your touch. I persevered with it but approx 6 weeks later I used my phone in really bad rain and the screen and home button stopped working! The iphone7 is meant to be water resistant but water must have got in through the poor screen repair, ended up claiming on insurance which cost me a lot more, should have gone elsewhere that offered a warranty.

Brilliant service. Battery replaced on the spot, reasonable cost. I'm happy.
