Good haircut. Alan goes to a lot of trouble to protect his customers and himself with lots of PPE. Pre-arranged appointments well worth making.

A class act. He is exceptional, one of the best barbers in Scotland, call him up. I can't even think of going anywhere else.The man has elegance and class, he works at a great pace and I would easily pay double the cost.

Very friendly. An old fashioned barber who takes his time, chats and knows how to cut hair. I have long hair and have had some poor experiences with young barbers who tend to ignore scissors and use the comb and electric cutters too much. That was not the case with Alan who gave me an excellent haircut. He also offered me 'pensioners rates' but I received an excellent haircut and was happy to pay the full rate. I will return.

Alan has been friendly to all and takes care with details to each person for many years. Not like some that want you in and out in 5 minutes.Alan also charges very reasonable prices !I thoroughly recommend.
