I found Hair@207 on google and after seeing some amazing reviews I decided to call to book an appointment. I had a consultation 2 days prior to my booking in order to do a patch test as I wanted my hair coloured.This was my first time ever at this salon and I definitely wasn’t disappointed!My hair felt and looked flat and lifeless like a dead rat was laying on my head and my stylist Kiera fully took care of me and turned my scrappy dead hair into a masterpiece!I had my hair dyed, wash, cut, blow dried and styled and I finally feel beautiful again. My hair also feels stunning and is glossy/shiny and soft to the touch!I feel like a mermaid with my new look and absolutely love the result.Thank you so much Kiera for doing my hair I’m so pleased with the result and cannot wait to return again :)I will definitely be returning and using Hair@207 from now on! I highly recommend this hairdressers 5* 10/10.I forgot to take photos of my hair from behind showing the before and after result, luckily I took a photo in the salon of the top of my head and after I left so these photos are all I have.

Recently had my hair done by Harriet and I love it, I've had so many compliments. Can't recommend her enough. Salon is good value for money and everyone is so friendly and welcoming. 10/10

Bad service from Jake and Karen.Owner was in a bad mood and Jake was arguing. I had a haircut and I was new to this place. I did not know there is a late charge and when we got the 10% of your bill will be added onto the bill. I thought it would be good but it was not.If you are 1 minute late you will need to pay. Honestly, this is a total scam.When I cut my hair it was not hard it was not 'under pressure' as they were closing and I was last. Stylist was not stressed. Highly recommend people to go elsewhere as you will be just argued with. Totally of my money and will be a waste of yours. Stubborn Jake was never ending arguing.

Great service and very patient staff especially with the older aged clients. Really happy with Harriet’s skills…! Definitely recommend her for a haircut and her balayage technique . Everyone loves my new hair- can’t thank you enough Harriet ☺️

Very disappointed with my hair cut as it's not straight at the bottom on the sides and I had hair colour on my sweatshirt at the back which won't come off. Both times they were trying to sell me products which felt a little uncomfortable. The people are very nice though, it's a shame

Very disappointing. The manager (Jake) was very stubborn and argumentative. He charged £5 extra as a late charge even though i was 4 minutes late and there were no appointments after mine anyway. He said that the stylists would be 'under pressure' if people are late to the appointments because it would have a 'knock on effect' to the other customers even though my appointment was the last one before closing time. He didn't even apologise. It's a shame because i only cut my hair once or twice a year and I've been disappointed. I've never had such a bad experience in my life. Don't waste your time and money, go elsewhere for a haircut.

Had my hair done by jake, and I had to write a review as I’m genuinely so so happy with my hair I’ve been having highlights for over 10 years and can honestly say I’ve never had them look as good as he did them! He’s SO good! A real lovely man too! Would highly recommend booking in with jake he’s so thorough and explains everything! So happy!

I've been meaning to review this lovely salon for a while now and finally I've got round to it. Jake is fantastic and the colour and condition of my hair has never been better. He is so proffesional and knowledgeable and I'm so happy with my hair now. So a big thanks to Jake, Karen and the rest of the team who are all so lovely and welcoming. First time myself and my daughter went. booked wash and cut with Harriet, 30 minute appointment each. It was a 4.30pm appointment. We were parking outside the salon and get a call at 4.35pm saying there will be a late charge.She said the manager will speak to me about it when I come. This annoyed me as when I booked the appointments over the phone no one told me anything about late charges. I had a text reminder too, again no warning of charges. this put me in a bad mood I was going to just drive off. But my daughter was excited so I thought I will go in and explain to the manager that no one told me about charges. Jake has zero customer service. I explained that no one had pre warned about charges when I booked and he pointed to a sign. I said how am I to know that? He said its on their website, I said i booked by phone and not seen the website. he did not even apologize to say its their fault and they should have informed me when I booked. But he insisted on the 10% charge. Said it has a knock on affect on other clients. Mine and my daughters appointments were booked one after another with same stylist. We had 1 hr slot and it took them 45 mins so it did not affect anyone! when we came out at 5.30pm he was cleaning to close at 6pm so had no customer after us. Karen was looking and did not intervene. If they had explained the policy and said next time there will be a charge that's fine. to charge on first appointment when we had no idea is unreasonable. Karen was grumpy too. girls who washed and cut our hair were lovely, Harriet and Kiera.After arguing with me few minutes I said are you seriously going to charge for 5 mins? jake said actually now its 6 minutes! daylight robbery. if timing was so important they should tell you when you book. its greed.i have never seen a salon charge for being late 5 minutes! I should have walked out and told him to stick his appointments but only stayed for my daughter. spoilt both our treat and our mood.Reply to response:Also they charged me 10% late charge for BOTH of us! Why is that? Our appointments were one adter another with Harriet. So my daughter was 5 mins late and I was actually too early for mine. As my time was 5pm. So why charge us both for being late when only one was!!!! Also if my appointments after my daughters none of your other clients suffered and my hair took 5 minutes to cut as its so thin. And my daughters took 30 mins. Still plenty of time left. The waffle Jake has given below doesn't make sense. He charged us both when he should have charged only one of us. Fraudsters. Karen as an owner should have intervened. For the sake of a few pounds they rather lose a customer. We would have gone back otherwise if it wasn't for such terrible service from Jake. Went for a treat and ended up angry and conned. We both only had a simple trim. No layers which took minutes to do. Stylist was under NO pressure. In fact loads of time left. Nothing at all complicated. Plus they had another 30 mins till closing after we were done, with no one else waiting. Learn some customer service before opening a salon. Get better service at a local chicken shop
