Fast and efficient. The 3 guys who came had a really tough time taking out the rotten windows of my new home to replace with new PVC windows and doors. 11 windows a composite door and a patio door. It was done in 1 and a half days. They were very pleasant and worked extremely hard. The finish they produced was to a high standard and I would highly recommend them to friends and family in the future

Safe style uk visited my home on the 4/9/2018 the service they provide me was of the highest quality. The window fitters were friendly and highly skilled fitters. They respected my home leaving me with professional fitted Windows made for the highest quality of materials. One of the worse experiences I've had with this company. From day one I've had problems, lost two days pay due to no shows of scaffolding company and then the fitters.They cracked the half moon shape glass above front door and still not sorted till this day. Was fitted in October 2022. I am going to the ombudsman and will be talking to my finance company too.Joke of a companyOver charged for the job, my cousin use to work with windows and door and he even told me I've been ripped off.Stay away, I would not recommend to anyone. Shop around unlike I did.

Arranged for someone to do a quotations and they insisted that both me and my boyfriend would be home for it. No one turned up to do the quote and I was on hold for over an hour trying to get through to them before I gave up.

We had new windows fitted to the front of the house, on a very wet and windy day. The Safestyle team were so quick fitting them nothing got wet in the house. The finish was excellent and the Team were respectful of our home and very friendly. I would personally recommend Safestyle to anyone and I actually did that to a member of staff in a shop as we just got to talking about new windows. Thank you again Safestyle

Whilst my installation was late on the day, the way this was handled was excellent. Customer services gave me the reason (an unforseen issue with an earlier job) and new expected time. The chap who came was friendly, super efficient and very quick and my new door has proved to be a wise choice and I have no issues with it. Everything tied up and left clean. Top marks.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS (especially Safestyles overly inflated costs!)Very expensive and the standard of service is terrible! You could get better service and pay half the price. Left the job half done and after 2 weeks where nobody got in touch I had to ring them to tell then they hadn't actually finished!It feels like nobody knows what's going on and all they do is farm the jobs out to tradesman. The idea of using them was to avoid having to get 3 different tradesmen in and being messed about. Should have saved my money!It's been 1 month to fit a window!! I could have done it myself in less time.

I'm not disputing their quality of workmanship, we've used them before. But their prices are too high and they're not competitive. They quoted us for a front door, much higher than a competitor's quote for a similar door. They weren't prepared to budge on their quote so obviously weren't going to use them. Also, the sales guy failed to turn up on the arranged date. By way of an apology, as a gesture of good will they told us on the phone we could have a staff discount". Guess what - the next day when the sales guy turned up

Fantastic service from start to finish. The salesman was friendly & we ended up with a quote we were happy with. We were offered five dates for installation within 2 weeks. The window fitters arrived at 830am which was perfect for us.They were friendly & chatty.They completed the job within the day to a very high standard & with hardly no mess they even cleaned the windows inside & out... bonus. I would recommend Safestyle to anyone & give them 10/10.Thankyou.
