I would like to say that Midland provided an outstanding service. Shortly after attending the showroom and meeting Dave, who was very pleasant and helpful and not at all 'pushy', we decided to go ahead with 2 large bays, 3 bedroom windows and a composite door. It has only been 4 weeks from the initial conversation with Dave to completion. The fitters were both very professional and exceptionally clean and tidy, not what we have experienced in the past with other companies.I would highly recommend Midland Windows.

From each stage of our window journey, Midland have been truly exceptional. Firstly, meeting Dave made us feel reassured that I was speaking to a true expert; knowledgeable on all the areas and providing multiple options for what we wanted. Vorn was also great on the phone being friendly and polite and ensured our needs were met. Darren, what we referred to as the 'window artist' for emulating lead designs was also incredibly impressive (see images for his designs). In terms of the windows, we wanted to maintain the floral 1930's aesthetic design but upgrade the window to double-glazed. As you can witness, the job was carried out successfully. The price was the best we had received from our three quotes, and as we found Dave so impressive when meeting him for the quote, we were happy to proceed with Midlands. We certainly don't regret our decision and will be recommending this company to friends and family.

Hassle free process. The product replaced an existing 100+ year old feature glass stained leaded window. The design, the glass and lead lines are an exact replica of the original apart from the fact that we now have a double glazed unit. From measuring to installation was a very quick process. All personnel were very friendly and helpful. The installation work was carried out in a single morning. Waste from the old frame etc was collected and removed the following morning. Very pleased with the result and would not hesitate to recommend. (Attached photo probably not the best as in the process of decorating).

We're really happy with the job that Midland Windows have done for us. We've recently had six windows and both front and back doors replaced by Dave and his team. The whole company is so professional and knowledgeable, giving us excellent communication and advice. The job was done quickly, to a very high standard, and was always clean and tidy. Amazing customer service team and fitters. Had a new door, frame and 2 windows fitted by Midland and the experience was great. Asking someone to do a big job on the house can be very daunting and stressful. From the minute Dave walked into my property I felt comfortable and confident that I found the right company. Dave gave me lots of information. Everyone, from the office to the installation team, were very professional, friendly and clean. The work looks amazing and I could not be happier. We had a new front door and surrounding windows fitted which they have finished off to a very high standard. The fitting team was very good. All rubbish was removed promptly and the install was inspected after completion. A pleasure to deal with and would definitely use again.
