Visited the Fiat dealership in Derby as needed a part for my Fiat 500 on arrival stood patiently as the receptionist and colleague chatted taking no notice of me ,when finally asked what I required he went and got the person in charge of parts upon his arrival he asked if I needed a part for a Fiat ,which I replied yes he then told me they didn't supply parts for Fiat and that I needed to phone dealership in Chesterfield, being the main dealership in Derby I was shocked, I did ring Chesterfield dealership up who were very helpful but if I wasn't sure on part I don't know how it would have been resolved on the phone.
