Tea on the Square
Lovely traditional little tea room serving light meals and homemade cakes. We had toasties with salad and coleslaw which were delicious. Good tea and coffee too. Didn't have room for cake unfortunately, but they looked very good!!

Nice small place young staff with great customer service. Very pricey. A jacket with cheese a sandwich with cheese 2 diet cokes = £30.00 just under. Nice but not THAT nice! Better value in other places.

A real gem.A well run and friendly tea shop.It is clean and tidy with engaging staff.The food is well prepared and the drinks are first rate too.Customer service is exemplary.It is conveniently located in the centre of the town.It is well worth a visit.

I had a tuna melt sandwich. Came with a small pot of coleslaw and some crisps. Was very disappointed. At £9.25, I expected my sandwich in “real” bread instead of the standard pre-sliced. Coffee was lovely. Atmosphere was good.

Terrible customer service by one of the staff. Cafe full so waited outside for 30 mins in the freezing cold for a table. Two people walk out so in I go and sit down only to be told that suddenly the table is reserved so have to go out in the cold again. After 15 mins another couple walk out so I get a table only to see the girl that told me to go was taking up the suddenly reserved table to eat her lunch!! Clearly here the customer doesn't come first. Extremely poor customer service especially when I had walked 8 miles to get there and still miles to my finish. Coffee and cake was nice however and the other girl there was very polite.

Sorry only rated 1 star but do not agree with eating with dogs, they should be left outside not where people are eating and sitting where dogs have been. One person in our party is scared of dogs after an attack so we will not be back .

Tea on the Square
Really like this place, the surroundings and the food. The menu is reasonable and the specials board usually has a soup and cake on, different each day. The coffee is excellent. We call in nearly every time we go to Much Wenlock.
