Katie was amazing! Her wigs are incredible so soft and natural! She spent the time making sure I had what I wanted and the colour was spectacular. Katie was so attentive and went out of her way to accommodate me. I would totally recommend her.

Unfortunately a wig I had waited over 5 weeks arrived nothing like what I ordered the quality was really poor even though I had paid almost £600 for real hair. I had specifically asked that the wig would be able to be tied in a ponytail for work, it was not. The refund was sent via echeque and I had to wait another 2 weeks for my refund therefore my money had been tied up for almost 2 months! Although Katie was professional I didn't find her to be warm, interested or compassionate. Oh and I had to claim my postage of sending it back through PayPal. I also saw her sell it on her stories for £300 half of what she'd charged me so be very wary if she tries to charge you more than £300 and just look elsewhere would be my advice as it caused my so much emotional trauma.

Really great service and quality was brilliant. Definitely a service I would recommend and use a again.
