Asked Dot if the could attend site on 21st July. Said she could and to send an email which I did. Still hadn't attended site on 26th July so I called and spoke to Dean who promised they would attend site that afternoon. Called again to day and was told by Dot sorry but they missed it and still haven't attended site. I said not to bother now and cancel the call. Disgusting service!

Lovely team to speak with and the engineer arrived quickly, especially for a weekend.Outside drain was unblocked cleanly and efficiently, with the engineer double checking to make sure everything was running through cleanly. Fabulous service!
