Totally ripped off. The thin plastic bag costs 25p, and most of the products are much more expensive than other stores.

Such a lovely shop to visit. The pastries are great, the shortbreads are incredible. Its one of the best shops to visit if you’re ever in Scotland. The customer service is superb. The people are super nice. Its a really great environment.

Beware, this shop is a real rip off. We bought a box of Dean's Shortbread for £13.99 that had 8 tiny shortbread inside. Little did we know you can get the same box for less than half that delivered by Amazon. We even found it cheaper in the airport which says a lot! Avoid.

Very nice shop , you’ll find many traditional Scottish sweets , Whiskey glass and many other things. The staffs are very friendly and will help you if you need them.

Ripoff. All of their products can be bought at half the price a few doors down on the Royal Mile. The sign at the cashier says “no refunds” which should have been a tip-off. The woman working the cashier was apologetic but unhelpful, just blaming it on her boss. Stay away.

Just had a very negative experience at the shop on the Royal Mile, up from Starbucks. We bought over a hundred pounds worth of products (and almost another fifty just minutes before, at the other shop down the Mile) including two whisky sets, and kindly asked the lady at the counter whether she would give us a discount, considering the total amount we had spent - and she graciously replied Yes Sure" - but when it came to actual payment
