PassiveTAX are always timely and responsive, and I am very happy with their service.

Passive Tax have been there for me ever since I started selling on Amazon as a business. They have always given me reminders and done all the filings and others things that I do not know how to do. It has always worked out well for me, and I would recommend them to anyone that is not experienced with accountancy, but want to outsource their accounting so that they can focus on running their business.

I fired PassiveTax in Jan 22 after using their services for over a year. I am now faced with taking legal action to recover monies from PassiveTax due to their poor quality of work.Too much went wrong to put in a review but briefly:- failed to set up Link My Books properly and we were paying 20% VAT on all our Zero Rated sales- failed to notice that NO revenues showed any lines for Zero Rated despite knowing we sold Zero Rated items as they did our bookkeeping- didn’t do opening/closing stocks for the month so our P&L was never accurate- outsourced their bookkeeping to poor quality staff who made a complete mess of things- I had to spend many hours literally spelling out how to account for transactions for them to do something completely different- provided VAT returns to review only hours before the deadline which caused us to miss them several times and be penalised by HMRC- had to pay another accounting firm £1300 to fix the issues that PassiveTax causedOverall the relationship with PassiveTax cost far more than the fees they charged. Shame after such a promising sales pitch and recommendations from Facebook group owners (read: paid marketers)They have partially refunded some of their fees but not enough to cover the cost of fixing the damage they caused and nothing for the vast amount of time I spent doing a job I paid them to do!They now ignore my emails and Letter Before Action.Ultimately picking an accountant is one of the most important decisions you will have to make for your e-commerce business. Do you really want an accountant that treats their clients like they have me?If you have had a bad experience with PassiveTax and are happy to share - please do reach out. I've been a client of Passive Tax for 3 years and their services has been exceptional. Recently, when I had an urgent query regarding my VAT submission, they responded professionally within minutes, which is typical of their fast service. In very rare occasions i was getting a reply the very next day but mostly the same day. Their prices are affordable, and they've never missed a deadline for my corporation submissions or VAT. I've never even considered changing them. Maria as a first person of contact does a splendid job and her responsiveness is much appreciated

Don’t fall into the same trap I did!!If you are thinking of hiring this company to do work for you then I highly recommend you turn the other way!!The service provided is appalling and it’s not worth the added stress by joining this company.Facebook and Google reviews can hopefully give some light to people thinking of joining them that they need to turn the other way and look for a more quality service out there.

Avoid

Please avoid this company at all cost!1. they will not respond to any emails2. they don't have trained staff members who lack basic accounting.3. the staff are contractors who will not care about any information being leaked.4. There is a lot more but i hope this review saves you money in the long run!
