Overall a good experience, bought online. But not too sure on the authenticity of what I bought. Pretty sure the Green Obsidian I bought is fake.In response to the reply… I appreciate your response. Thank you. But I think it may be best to clarify whether something is genuine or not. Green obsidian can be naturally occurring… although rare. Hence my belief it was genuine. Best of luck for your business though.

Extremely impressed with my first order, the crystals were of superb quality, delivery was very quick ordered one day, they posted the next day and I received the following day. Everything was well packaged, no items out of stock, I received my complete order, their service was 2nd to none. I only placed a fairly small order to see the quality of the stones and how quick they arrived. But now I will be placing many more orders with this company. I highly recommend them. Sigh. Been using this wholesale for years With no issues . Always really loved using them . Likely spent thousands with them over the last 5 years …I am so disappointed to have to write a bad review but if this is how they are now treating loyal customers then they won’t get very far in a very competitive market .They sent us candles that were extremely damaged like oil had been spilled on them they have Only three of the boxes they sent were effected , there is a very clear difference but they claimed they are suppose to be like that and they were on sale so what did I expect . ( picture of the damaged compared to the non) The products is unsalable and not even worth sale price . Something about the display boxes being damaged .. I don’t care about the display boxes I don’t use them the actual products are faulty and damaged .they are refusing £24 refund or want time to return the items .. which is fine but they won’t cover shipping. ..Honestly are they that broke that they cannot refund £24 to a local customer for faulty goods ???You can have you candles back so you can scan doming else with them . And we will no longer be using you
