Found by chance after dropping daughter off in Lancaster just followed signs hoping to get some Stihl oil and bush cutter blade ended up with a sit on mower and chainsaw as well.Not cheap compared to somewhere like B & Q but they sell quality machinery that can and is used by professional gardeners.All backed up with knowledgeable advice and personal service.

Brilliant service. My ride on mower broke. I phoned several other garden machinery companies - none of them could help - just put me on a waiting list for a pick up with no idea of when.I phoned Armstrongs - they were so nice and helpful and picked the machine up that day!! ( I may have got lucky and phoned on their delivery day but I was thrilled.) They had a bit of difficulty sourcing the parts but as soon as it was fixed they dropped it back. The delivery guy was just so friendly, helpful and efficient.Very reasonable fee for the amount of work.So pleased to have found this company and I will use them every time in the future. You cannot beat good customer service!

A pleasure to Deal with. Some of the reviews suggest a high price, but for a main Honda and Stihl dealer using genuine parts, I'd say the price is fair and reasonable. Plus the advice obtained for my garden products is almost priceless. Will be visiting again for sure

Helpful, knowledgeable staff and good prices.My lawn mower had broken and the part was not available so a new one was needed quickly. Even though I turned up as they were about to close I was listened to and options discussed.As a result I ordered a new mower Monday and it was delivered Tuesday. It is going to take longer than that to cut the grass that has grown since the old one broke.Well done Armstrongs

I purchased a Honda lawn mower from Armstrongs and couldn't have been happier with the service. Upon collection I received a quick overview of the mower along with a few hints and tips on how to keep it in top condition.I have since returned to purchase a MS170 Stihl Chainsaw and got the same service. Highly recommended.

Have purchased several Honda mowers and a Brush cutter from Ben Armstrong. He’s an extremely knowledgable, experienced and personable chap. He’s always been very helpful when I’ve needed some parts and looks after the servicing of my machines impeccably...They return like brand new! Absolutely great to deal with and we are very lucky to have this excellent dealership locally. Highly recommend.
