Floors 4 You Stourbridge

Great place for flooring in and out no messing about Callum was really helpful and the fitting guy who came was so quick only took him a few hours and he did a fantastic job my wife and I are so happy would highly recommend.

We've had some laminate flooring fitted in two rooms. We went for the more expensive/thicker flooring. Fitter was nice enough and clean, however there are soft spots all around both floors. Phoned them the day after, they said they'd send out a inspector. Two days later, nothing. Called them again to be told a manager would be in contact. Two days later, no call back. Its now been 5 days and still no call back or inspection. £800 and left with spongy flooring.

Disappointed with extremely poor customer service. Promised 3 day delivery but it took 15 days thus creating a problem with my bathroom fitter who is fully booked for another month - we are faced with no bathroom for 6 weeks. No communication from anyone at Floors 4 You and a scant apology… Shockingly bad…

The prices seem OK, I'm no expert though on laminate. The fitters are equally decent and generally you get a decent job for your money. Now, Darren! His an experience in his own right. Haggle with him if you can. He will tell you your already getting the best price in town, which maybe you are. He likes repeat customer and I felt we got a very good deal on our second purchase. Try going during the week when his quiet. But hold on to your boots, his a decent chap and good at his job.We will be back when we do our next room, so he can't be bad and believe me I would say if he was!

Good flooring and good costumer service.The sales person was very helpful and did not bother me in any way and was happy to load the flooring into the car for me.

Darren was brilliant. Very friendly and overall brilliant service. Brought flooring from here for every room in the house!

*5 Stars for Darren*We went in wanting very thin flooring due to our old style house. Unfortunately, what we were sold was incorrect as it wasn't the original thickness and didn't even come in that size nor colour we thought was available. I called numerous times to resolve the issue with no answer or returning my calls when told I would, resulting in me having to call other stores which were fantastic with their customer service! There was a delay getting the replacement delivered to store (which was a different style in the end). Some how there ended up being a confusion, but Darren saved the day and got us the correct flooring we needed! He is absolutely fantastic and went above and beyond! He really helped resolve our issues that were going on for weeks.I would love to give 5 stars for Darren's service but the experience other than him was awful!
