Great Masjid. Very busy for Jummah. Parking is always an issue as it's on the main road near a busy junction so need to be careful parking and walking across the busy road. The Kutbah was in Arabic but also translated into English to aid understanding for those not fluent in Arabic.

Britain's first masjid. Worth a visit, beautiful place and lovely welcoming people here. The security guard Mohammed Jibreel is somebody I especially found to be a person of amazing moral character, Allah'humma Barik.

I was in Liverpool last week and had the opportunity to pray Friday jumaah at the UK oldest mosque. They provided plastic bag for the shoes and there is no shoe racks. There are no cafe or restaurant so you to take Uber or find lunch elsewhere.

Britain's oldest Mosque. Hundreds of Muslims can pray at the same time. Currently, the mosque is raising funds for the new wudhu area as well as for the Quran academy so all donations will be welcomed with open hands.The mosque hosts important events for the benefit of the society to address the daily, regular struggles of local people which is a great initiative to maintain a healthy society.

The mosque is undergoing refurbishments and the men’s prayer area is on the right hand side of the building and the women’s prayer are is on the left hand side.
