Don't use it!! Absolute crooks who give tickets are 1 minute then fine you if you go to the nearest shop to get cash or change for a ticket. Only after getting my ticket and trying to fight it they put signs up. Vile scum!!

Lovley little village good shops . same about the under educated hitler of a traffic warden we shall be parking else where next time .paying to park is expected contributing towards that evil little mans wage is unwanted

Used car park to shop at Jenger's bakery. Before I got the chance to get a ticket a parking warden was snapping front and back numbers plates. Told him I had gone to get ticket. 'Too late, you' ll have to appeal'. How to deter people from shopping locally. Never again - bewarned. They are there to catch you out and this is all too common If local shopkeepers want their businesses to survive then please take note and act..

Just received a £100 fine for stopping to ask directions in the butchers...stay of 34 seconds. What is this doing to the trade at Jengers Mead? I won't now go to the butchers to order my turkey as reviews say even if you get a ticket, if the attendant gets to your car before you return you will get the fine. Appeal seems to be pointless (see reviews on Napier Parking). Are the traders happy about this, it would appear to have been going on for some years. Such a pity as Billingshurst has a nice vibe.

Avoid, attendant is abusive and only interested in issuing fines. Your not allowed time to read the parking signs or get change to pay. Worst car park I have ever used.

Do NOT go near the place. Car park attendant watched me try and understand the tariff but rather than help me, he chose to hover in the shadows until I moved away from the car still confused. Within seconds he was at my car issuing a £100 fine. Rather than help a confused customer he waited like a predator to take advantage.

I am a disabled driver and avoid this place except in dire emergency like many other people due to putative parking / drop off and waiting charges. The owners charge huge rents to the shopkeepers and there is no need other than pure greed for these parking charges

Expensive for a small local car park at 50p for 20 minutes. £1 an hour It is also monitored closely, very closely at times, and strictly - you won't get let off leaving your car even for a minute or two to drop something off or to pop into the shops so SERIOUSLY DO NOT take a risk just bite the bullet and pay up !!
