Bad customer service from courtneyc. Probably lacks training with the computer as well as she was giving me incorrect value (had to do it myself online instead).

Really lovely staff easy transaction and good advice. This was at the Kirkgate branch leeds

They are happy to accept stolen bank cards here and be used time and time again

Ask to proof that the notes are real. Very often they have fake money

Amazing service and with what some of the staff have to deal with they always keep smiling and provide the best customer service

If i read these reviews first then i probably wouldn't of gone here...Visited yesterday morning for our holiday money exchanging (pound to euro) was an easy process, and not much difference from other currency exchange shops/banks. Donna, was absolutely fantastic! Very polite and extremely helpful, even offering travel advice for our little ones first holiday. Overall, a good experience and will be happy to use again.

Went in for euros today. Was greeted by charming helpful lady. Was given a mixture of notes.Will definitely be using again.

Went to exchange some money, the first thing the young guy with a Liverpool accent asked me is why is my money all in £10 notes, he had no reason to ask why. He then went on to say that he would give me my exchange money all in 10s to be funny and awkward, When I questioned why he began n to laugh and started to become very rude. He then started to tell me he doesn’t get paid enough and became angry and said let’s take this outside after my shift. My reply was what are you going to do to me? When I go exchange money or go anywhere I don’t expect the person working there saying he wants to fight me outside. Customer service was absolutely disgusting & I will never be going back. Will be telling people about this and will get in contact with head office.Oh and the name on the receipt is Adam Batt.

Although they don't charge commission, the rates are way bellow market
