Waves Hand Car Wash

I have used waves in Church Langley and they are not normal car wash. I am so impressed. They treat my car like a mobile valet company but for a much better price. Arman and Kemal have done such a great job on my car. I came late and they still gave my car the time it deserved. I will continue to use this service. It is suitable for luxury vehicles.

Outstanding excellent service.I have always cleaned and valeted my own cars because I am so O.C.D with them looking in mint condition.I was so amazed by the care and standards they took,and the finished result was amazing.I would recommend waves at church langley harlow to anyone who wants the professional touch.

First time I have used this car wash, live local and always thought about giving it a go, my car unfortunately got neglected throughout covid, and today I took it over to have a treatment! WOW, all I can say the amount of attention to detail the team put into cleaning the car was astonishing, so easy to book through the App too!Very good price and so convenient, will be using again for sure and also letting everybody know to use them in the Church Langley area!

Told car wash and inside clean would take 50 mins to 1 hour. Returned 1 hour later to collect car to go back to work only to see they had literally only just starting washing! Was told it would just take them 7 more minutes to finish the wash and do the inside (unlikely). No apology! After another 10 minutes they had just about finished the wash. Said I did not have time now for the inside and they just kept pushing me to have it done. I literally had to drive off whilst they were still trying to do it because i was now late for work! Horrendous attitude by all staff, particularly the manager who did not so much as apologise. I paid for the car wash only, despite them not finishing, but i would never go back here. Had they been more honest about the timings i would have gone back when i had more time.

Working as a plated driver delivering new cars I spend a lot of times at car washes. I always try to go to a waves due to the ease and quality of the clean. These guys went above and beyond. They charged a decent price (rather then over pricing like other waves have.) They also did a detail level clean of the outside of my car today. (See photo) I cannot recommend these guys enough.
