Tara Yoga Centre

Very happy to be teaching once again at Tara Oxford after a break of a few years. This place is a well-spring of genuine teachings on the deeper spiritual aspects of yoga and tantra, a deeply heart-centred community, and a reassuring and strong presence in my life for the last 20 years.

The teachers really know what they're talking about and teach a very authentic form of yoga. I learnt so many things about the depth of yoga that I couldn't find in any other classes. Highly recommend :)

A beautiful space, created with love which can be felt as soon as you enter the centre. Amazingly in-depth teachings of the principles and practices of yoga and tantra. A great place to support and inspire you on your own path of evolution.

This is a yoga school in the true sense of the word, wonderful traditional teaching that goes deep.... it's helping me awaken to the truths in my life. It's quite a gem, I'm so happy to have found Tara!They also run lots of amazing free events, their teachers are dedicated and so knowledgeable, lovely community, spacious and always welcoming venue...

The people here are amazing and if someone as inflexible as me can do yoga here and see amazing benefits anyone can.

Art of Dying 2022: Attended this excellent course last weekend. Although its a course about dying it actually inspires you to take action and lead a better life with more courage. Some stand out moments for me was writing our own eulogy and a life review meditation, this brought out a few emotions in the group. Foca is an excellent teacher and you can tell he has a great depth of knowledge in this area.
