Is the worst customer service I’ve ever had , very disappointed

Really good service from spot on staff, nipped in for a interior bulb for one of our cars, asked for two so I had a spare and wouldn’t take a penny off me, I’ll have to go to spend a few quid now!

not normally get great customer service from a place that just ordered a wing mirror but had to leave a comment and say thank you to les and the team for the great customer service on ordering the right mirror and speed that the mirror arrived I can only say massive thank you but I will telling people what a great business you have and also the great customer service you give to customers ordered the replacement mirror glass on the Thursday arrived Friday and kept updated when it arrived hope to see you again and definitely use these guys I can only see their business going from strength to strength thanks again for the great customer service 10-10 definitely would recommend to all friends and family :) :)

Rang up to enquire about some parts was recommended this place by a friend as they have always used them not sure on the member of staff I was spoken to but there attitude was bang out of order safe to say 1st time ive rang and definitely won't ring for anything else
