This company have been an absolute disgrace. Do not book with them.They are refusing to return our deposit during the covid-19 crisis (many weeks ahead of the trip and before they have even booked anything). My partner is a doctor in the NHS and her leave has been cancelled due to the emergency situation. This is explicitly covered for a refund in their T&C's, but they are still refusing the return of the deposit. Shame on them - they have taken £600 of my money and refused to return it for nothing.
