Absolutely great service! I was in a bit of a bind, but Ricci Concepts pulled out all the stops and got my problem sorted. I would highly recommend them!

It's hard to find a mechanic you trust when you have no idea about cars yourself! Luckily, we found Nick and have been taking our car to him for nearly five years. We always receive first class, friendly service and drive away knowing our car is safe to drive.Nick always calls if he finds any problems and prices up any work that needs doing before it's carried out. We are able to have an MOT/service on a Saturday morning, which fits well when we work Monday to Friday.Would highly recommend Ricci Concept, Nick and his team!

I recently took my car to Ricci concept motors for a suspension upgrade. I chose them as they had responded quickly and inspired confidence that they were able to do everything I wanted to a high standard, at a reasonable price. Upon attending the garage/office and meeting Nick for the first time, I knew immediately that I was in the right place (and not because of the sign above the door!) - Nick's garage is clean, neatly-organised and welcoming; I was greeted with a friendly smile which put me at ease.After picking up my keys at the end of the day, I honestly couldn't be happier! The work was done properly and with care - it feels like a new car to drive and looks wicked! The job was slightly more tricky than anticipated, although this was not a problem for Nick and his team of skilled and enthusiastic mechanics! Thanks guys!

1st October 2020I was very impressed from the very first contact and was instantly confident with taking my vehicle to Ricci Concept. I was not disappointed with the high quality of work carried out and with all recommendations offered to completed all works to my satisfaction.I would highly recommend Ricci concept for all works required by vehicle owners. Ricci Concept provide an excellent service - second to none. Many garages claim to be specialists in certain brands of vehicle, but many fall short of what they claim. Ricci Concept are genuine specialists with VW/Audi vehicles and are generally very good with other brands of vehicle from my own experiences with them. Ricci Concept don’t diagnose and repair faults by replacing parts unnecessarily before they get to the correct part like many other garages - often due to poor fault diagnosis/poor knowledge. They get their repairs and diagnosis correct first time, always. Ricci concept are an honest, trustworthy business whom I continue to use, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Friendly and helpful service at a great price. I have had a couple of services here now and would not go any where else. Highly recommended.

Very bad experience from my 1st and last time at this garage. No real communication on what they were planning on doing after I told them what I thought was going on with my car (clicking noise when turning) then after ages of doing whatever they did, they then wanted around 85 quid for checking it when no price was mentioned on phone which also goes down to poor communication and then quoted me over £2,000 for all the work needed, which as soon as I saw I knew they were just trying to have a young lads pants down thinking he won’t have a clue.Trying to act like a proper dealership but they need a lot of work getting to that point. Thought a company like this would have been honest and reliable, not trying to claw as much money out of you as they think they can get away with. Audi itself even quoted cheaper parts which also speaks volumes.The best part is i got it checked by other garage everything was perfectly fine other than tyres so I got all 4 replaced and price came in at just over £300 so that says everything really.

Just had my vw transporter 9 seater remapped .Had the work carried out because I tow a caravan. After picking it up,went for a test drive, my god what a difference. My brother had his car done first,I booked mine in after seeing how good the service was . a big thanks great job done. mark

After taking my car to my usual garage (Hull Motor Co), who misdiagnosed the problem I had multiple times and cost me £300 in parts and labour I did not even need. I decided to take my car to Ricci concept, everything straight forward car booked in, they found the problem, which was a wiring issue, something I had already suggested to the previous garage. Not only that they also advised me of a couple of other jobs, one of which was a poor repair that the previous garage had done, all fixed in a couple of days, working great, will now be my go to garage in future, thanks.
