Like all the other reviews Alan was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Fixed my garage door that others had said was not possible due to the age of the mechanisms. From the initial conversation to the final fitting today, communication was excellent and the whole experience was 5 stars!

Our garage broke unexpectedly, so not knowing what to do, called Alan at The Garage Doctor. Alan came out quickly, identified the problem and replaced the broken cables same evening - was a life saver. Super nice, helpful and great service - and got us out of trouble - so appreciated - would highly recommend.

Alan, arrived right on time and quickly assessed the issues with our broken door. He explained the problems in a way I could understand and gave me options for getting it working properly again. Alan was friendly, courteous, and efficient as he made the necessary adjustments and repairs. Within no time at all, my garage door was opening and closing smoothly once more! Highly recommended.

Garage Doctor Alan absolutely deserves all the reviews that has been left , I phoned in the morning and he was with me in the afternoon to reset my automatic garage door and give it a good drop of oil ! He didn’t pretend it was going to be a difficult job or charge a call out fee like a lot of others I googled . He just fixed the problem , no hassle and no overpriced charge . I would throughly recommend him before you go on one of these bigger sites with lots of branches / technicians . You will not be disappointed , thanks Alan

Quick and efficent service and reasonable price, fitted 2 new cords to my up and over door after the cables got twisted. and i had to cut to free the door .works better than ever,will use again but hope wont have to now.
