Professional and pleasant team who were a pleasure to have in my home with excellent communication.More then that as one part had not arrived by the time the work was done, as soon as the part was in, they attended and installed it.Also had an issue with a missing bulb in a sealed unit and as soon as I mentioned the issue, someone was here to resolve it.I will be using them again if needed and will recommend them to all.

Full of apologies on a review, but never did contact me. If you were that busy why say you would come to my property? We're you busy or forgot? Which one is it? Why start another business when you can't manage one? Why post other peoples mental health struggles on your buisness FB page? Why retaliation to a post but not ring the customer you let down? Are you the only one running your own business? No. Do you know my circumstances? No. Long list of questions and no answers but sure does show that your character is pitted and flawed.Who doesn't love to recommend a local business who is reliable, willing to carry out small jobs, and who treat their customers with respect.Well, not this time. Everything was going well. I booked the appointment for a quote. Take 6 hours out of a 12 hour shift off, only for them to prove that they are none of the above.Could not even show the respect to notify me that they were not going to attend.I was then going to contact them on Facebook... But wait, what do I find?A rant about the struggles of running a business, taking aim at friends, family, and customers and woefully pondering if your company has disappointed a customer or not.I wish I had seen this post first. It is very clear you are struggling in every aspect professionally and personally and need to seak help before it becomes too much for you. Burn out is very real, my friend!But I'm afraid, yes, you did disappoint me, and I wanted to be your customer, but clearly, I did not pass your vetting process, or perhaps some jobs are too small.Moaning on social media that your relationships fail is probably1. Due to you being unprofessional, with that personal opinionated FB rant on your business page and2. As you do not have any respect for your customers' situation or time.It is reviews that help others from being led down the garden path, which, in turn, holds up their projects from moving forward.It is a shame that you think all small businesses get crucified by their customers, but it only happens if the customer is not treated with respect, fairly or have not had their expectations managed or are not satisfied with the quality of work.Remember, in life It takes a lifetime to build a great reputation, but minutes to destroy it.

Great first time experience I had with this company. Pleasant lady on the phone for booking. Their engineer Marvin was on time, friendly, efficient, tidy and polite. A great asset to your team. I am very happy to have found a self conscious electrician who has pride in his work. I definitely recommend their service. I will be using them again once I get my list of jobs to be done ready for them! Lovely working with you and thankyou again.

I used Jenkins Electrical Maintenance 5 months ago and gave them a glowing review. I used them again last week for some more electrical work. I was not disappointed. Neill again helped us choose the most appropriate solution to our needs. He was extremely helpful and quickly sorted out a quote. Marvin, who was assigned to carry out the work, was brilliant. I would 100% recommend. Neill the manager is professional and incredibly knowledgeable. I explained my situation and he provided all the details I required to make an informed decision. The EICR report he provided was incredibly detailed and informative. Great company, would definitely use again.

We had a relatively small job that many electricians could not be bothered to even quote for, but Neill came out and quoted as promised. His electrician was friendly, punctual and did the job quickly and tidily, the charge was fair, what more can you ask.
