I cannot praise this company enough. From the moment I contacted them Viv and his team have been more than helpful. Viv identified the different types of tow bar I could have fitted and the different types of electric plug I could have and he gave me a comprehensive quote for each combination. I opted for a Westfalia detachable tow bar and a 13 pin socket and 1 week later I took my car there to have the tow bar fitted. Viv explained what they were going to do and how long it would take and when I returned to collect my car you couldn’t tell it had been worked on. Today I have had my forward and rear facing dash cam installed. The whole process from my initial enquiry to fitting has been smoothly managed and professional. They were keen to respond to my email and really flexible with booking. I arrived and the job went smoothly. We had a hand over of work after to get me going with the basics of the cameras. Very happy after a visit to these guys yesterday. Our Nissan Elgrand had a reverse camera that had been really poorly installed and a digital radio that wasn't working reliably. The issues were quickly diagnosed and the guy who carried out the work (Nick I think) was more than happy to show me the issues and explain the remedy in layman's terms. All the work was then done in a day for the price agreed in advance. When I came back to collect, I was walked through the work and received a demonstration of everything working. Great work, great customer service, honest advice and transparent pricing. I highly recommend Automotive Control and will certainly use them again if I need similar work doing.

Very pleased with the towbar fitting with associated electrics on my Toyota Prius. I can now mount my bike on the towball and not stress the roof or rear door of the vehicle. The team at Automotive Control rapidly processed my request for information, sourced the components and fitted very speedily. Highly recommended!

Had a Thinkware dashcam and back up battery fitted by these guys. They really know their stuff and offered me excellent advice before choosing a dashcam. I was reluctant to let Halfords or the RAC fit my dashcam and the final result and set up was superb. All cables hidden away behind interior panels and just a great job. This is the second dashcam I've had fitted by these guys and would thoroughly recommend them. It's located right next to the park and ride so was able to pop into Bristol whilst waiting.

Took car in to repair damage to towing electric socket. Whilst doing that they noticed problem with tow bar which had probably been there since being fitted in Feb 2017. Corrected on follow up appointment and now much better clearance. Brilliant service throughout.
