Kutchenhaus Altrincham

Josh rang me after I had registered my details on their website. I got a really professional vibe from the initial conversation we had so went in to look at their showroom. I had already agreed a deal with Wren kitchens but quickly changed my mind after seeing the kitchens on hand at Kutchenhaus. We used our own fitters but I am really happy with the kitchen we were supplied with. The quality of the units is really robust and the finished look is very stylish. There was also so much variety for sizing and style of the units which was very handy as we needed a very particular size of larder which we couldn’t find at other suppliers. Alistair was the architect and did a great design for us with lots of tweaks to make sure we got the best design for the space we had. He also picked the appliances which all go really well with the design and had great reviews when we checked them out. When the kitchen arrived we noticed a few items had been damaged in transit but Josh was very helpful in making sure that the items were replaced free of charge within a short period of time. My only negative would be that communication was a bit poor at the beginning but this definitely got better. Really happy customer. Thank you

Josh and the whole team at Kutchenhaus are amazing, from the minute I walked in, I was greeted in a friendly manner. The team fully assessed my needs, and came up with some brilliant ideas. The whole process was smooth and nothing was too difficult for them. They stayed in constant communication with me regarding updates, and ultimately I’m now one happy customer, I will definitely be recommending their services to family and friends.

We got 3 quotes for our kitchen and decided to go with Josh at kutchenhaus Altrincham. It was a similar price to others but we felt the quality at kutchenhaus was much better. Alistair designed the kitchen and spent all the time we needed in order to get what we wanted for the price we could afford. We would highly recommend this kitchen company. The after-sales service that Josh provides is superb. He responds to any messages we send and comes very promptly for any minor issues. We would have no hesitation what so ever in recommending Josh and Kutchenhaus each and every time. 5* well deserved.

Our new kitchen from Kutchenhaus Altrincham has been recently completed and we are absolutely delighted with it.We would like to thank Josh, Alistair and Francesca for all their help and support during the project - from original enquiry, through design/specification and planning, to the fitting of the kitchen and final completion. We were supported professionally at every stage.The quality and finish of the units is superb and the team of fitters/tradesmen that Josh secured (Heightvale), were first class. (We also asked them to carry out some additional related work, which was executed to a very high standard and meshed seamlessly with the fitting of the kitchen.)Overall there were very few issues, and those that did arise were swiftly overcome with goodwill and co-operation between ourselves and Josh and his team.In short the whole process was stress free and enjoyable.We now have a fantastic kitchen which surpasses our original vision and we would have no hesitation in recommending Josh and his team at Kutchenhaus Altrincham to anyone who is looking for a stunning kitchen.Jon and Elena

Josh and Alistair redid my kitchen and I’m so pleased with the result, it is so beautiful! They were very professional and friendly throughout the entire process and always very responsive. The whole process was very efficient from the start of the enquiry to the finish - they completed the job quickly and within budget. The kitchen looks great and has all the features I wanted. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

When hunting for a kitchen provider I initially went to Wren. They designed the kitchen and I paid a deposit, but I didn't fully feel as though it was a personalised service. Promises were not delivered and I decided to try Kutchenhaus.I sent the designs from Wren to Kutchenhaus and the team there were very quick to respond. After attending an initial appointment with the team I felt that they were more engaged, compared to Wren.The personalised service from Alistair was brilliant and the final design had elements that wren could not match.There were some hiccups during the fitting stage but they were quickly resolved by the team, and Alistair/Josh were happy to visit site to provide any advice. Kate/Olivia at the branch were also quick to provide updates.If you want an approach that values the customer then i would not hesitate in recommending Kutchenhaus, the design, communication and service was brilliant, and the final product is better than we expected!
