Had an amazing hot stone massage and facial it was just what I needed. It was relaxing and calming felt like a new person after, I've already booked in for December thank you so much.

Unfortunately i have to at least tick one star as it would be zero. What disgusting behaviour from a compulsive liar. Not once did you ever say you did the massage as a gesture of good will, and the only conversation i had with you on the phone was when you said i could take my sister in laws place. I have informed groupon of your lies and your refusal of my massage after you cashes in my voucher. Your lies will come back to bite you. Really, you dont remember less than 24hrs ago saying you can't access your emails while you were on the computer, treating me like im stupid because im disabled. You tell so many lies you obviously cant remember them. Disgusting behaviour.

I had a full body massage and express facial followed by a cut and blow dry. Both excellent. Thankyou.I was pleasantly surprised by the nearby car parks which made life very simple.

Popped in for a quick trim, the salon has a separate area away from all the women for men only which is great, who wants to have their haircut listening to woman talk!! I had an all over trim and a lovely free coffee. Thank you ladies will be back soon.

Turned up for a massage and facial and the rude person refused to do it despite redeeming the groupon voucher and getting paid. I did call and ask if I could take my sister in laws place as she was rushed to hospital and was told yes, so I drove 52 miles for nothing, wasting my time and petrol and I’d reimbursed my sister in law so another £50 out of pocket. Ronald masters stole my money and then refused to do the massage when I arrived. Please stay clear, I was told a pack of lies and then told they had no access to their emails to confirm to me I did not receive the massage. Worst service I have ever received, shocked and disgusted there are these kind of people in business who abuse customers.

Absolutely love this salon. The girls are very friendly and listen to my requests. I've gone from a red box dye to a lovely caramel and light brown and my hair is in beautiful condition. I also bring my 3 and 8 year old here and they always cater to them well.The deep tissue massage is one of the best I've had and try to squeeze one in between my hair appointments. Also get my eyebrows and eyelashes done regularly and love the difference a tint makes. Looking forward to my next pampering session!
