DoorCo I Composite Door Supplier

Very rude customer service. Tried to confirm a design before going ahead with placing an order through my installer (the design my installer sent slightly different to the one I made on Doorco's website) and before i put down a £1k deposit i'd like to know the door i'm ordering is exactly what I want.Woman in manufacturing refused outright to speak to me or discuss anything with me, very rude and stated GDPR rules.... laughable as GDPR is personal information...a design is not. Doorco please educate your staff as you have lost an order for yourselves and one of your installers because of your rudeness and incompetence.

Amazing customer service and once designed the process was quick easy and the communication was perfect. The door quality is incredible and i haven’t stopped receiving compliments

We have dealt with Door Co for many years and Dan, Adam and the team have always been great to deal with. Keep up the good work

After the door was installed it became increasingly difficult to open it from inside and pretty much impossible from outside (we had to resort to going through our garage and entering the house via a back door). Eventually the door ceased to open at all.The fitter returned on two occasions to attempt to rectify the problem. After his second visit we can now open the door but in order to achieve this the fitter had to grind down the mortices to allow enough free play for the door to open easily.Now we are left with a door that doesn't fit the frame tightly - and by the way the frame is manufactured at the same time as the door so it should fit perfectly. At the bottom right of the door there is clear daylight visible from inside - but then this is the price we have to pay for the door to open easily.The only conclusion we can come to is that the door and frame were badly manufactured (this conclusion is reinforced by the fact that the opaque sections in the door windows are not square to the frames - an obvious lack of quality control).All in all, very disappointing and we would not recommend Doorco in terms of quality.

Doors are average, wait time is diabolical. We were messed around for 2 months after due date with no real reason given other than manufacturing delays. Need to manage expectations better as other build work is dependent on a front door! Wouldn’t recommend.

We have been using these doors for a few years and very good quality - there were issues with supply after covid lockdowns but supplies everywhere had issues evetyone had to adjust - the door itself is good quality if anyone has issues with the door fitting then it is most likely down to the installer not the quality of the door

Needed a new automated garage door. The owner ofDoirco came and did service. Lovely man. Very friendly. Got 2 other quotes but he was the most competitive. Should be installed before Xmas. Hope the great service continues

i have ordered doors through a supplier and after nearly 4 months i still have not got because door co are so far behind and will not give dates out to the suppliers. i have had to put my kitchen fitting back 3 time because of them and still no delivery date
