Took my daughter and was very pleased with the service. They made not just myself but my daughter feel very welcome. They had all the covid procedures in place, the staff are all polite and lovely. My daughter was very pleased and her nails looked beautiful

AVOID AVOID AVOIDVery disheartened at the rudeness of the staff here. Purposely making their customers feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Was only as we were leaving I had realised they had massively overcharged my teenage daughter. When spoken to they denied this.Nails were also damaged under the acrylics. They had over filed them causing damage to the natural nail.AVOID AVOID AVOID

I drive from Bolton to Moston only to get my nails done here. I love this salon. They are by far the best salon I found in and around Manchester. Absolute kind and sweet couple who know their craft, trade and business by heart. You can literally see they love what they are doing.

I usually don’t leave reviews but I simply had to for this place because the service I received from them was absolutely terrible!!I wanted to get a lovely Christmassy style for Christmas, so I searched long and hard to see where has the best reviews and best looking nails and Top Queens popped up. I went in expectantly and with high hopes because all I had seen was good!The job she did was very poor, to say the least. I payed £33 to get it doneand I felt like I was pressured in to saying they looked good when first completed, but when I left I really wasn’t satisfied with the job that she did. The pictures I have attached are images of my nails just after I had had them done - looking like I’ve had them on for 3 weeks with the way they are grown out. The filing was wanky and I was so so disappointed.I messaged her and arranged to come in to get the nails filled but wasn’t able to come in because my daughter was ill and I had to take her to hospital. When I managed to get to the place I was really fed up at this point and just looked at my nails in disgust, so I asked if she could remove them for me without charge as she hadn’t done a good service - she demanded that I pay £10 and said that my daughter being ill had nothing to do with her.It was a really upsetting experience, especially before Christmas. Her service is absolutely abysmal and I would not recommend Top Queen Nails to anyone!!!!!

Wonderful experience! Very friendly service and mine and my besties nails looked beautiful. Payment was very fair and worth the nails . Would go again !
