First order with these and won't be the last. Not only was the price extremely competitive but the delivery cost was free and they arrived within 24 hours of placing the order. Absolutely superb, well done.

Very helpful looked at stock on order, let you try items on. Didn't have item I wanted, so took my number and agreed to call me when stock arrives. Encouraged to try on sizes either side to ensure coat was correct size. Advice provided on other item needed. Very relaxed and put at ease by staff, not rushed. Good range of ladies golf shoes, and trollies, a few ladies tops (waiting delivery which in current lorry driver situation wasn't a surprise).

Unbelievable service. I dealt with Lee when I had an issue when my 6 month old bag broke. Lee simply asked me a few questions, requested a few photos and in no time a replacement was on it's way. Couldn't wish for a better service, would absolutely shop again. 5 STARS!!!!!!!!!!

Purchased golf trolley which gets delivered to incorrect address, this is confirmed in the email confirmation of delivery.I then contact MGD to get told it will be collected and delivered to me the same day to my address where it should of been delivered.I then receive further confirmation of this from DPD.I sit in all afternoon waiting for the item to arrive causing me issues within my own business in lost time, item does not arrive even though it was promised throughout the day. I then spend another morning chasing this parcel, I then get a call from MGD to say an investigation needs to start , I ask how does that leaves me. Well no refund is issued at this point is the answer, investigation needs to take place first and then they will look at a refund, previous experience of this is usually a 3-4 week process. I tell MGD that this is not my issue and my purchase was with them and not DPD.I have not signed or received any item. This is not the quick service I paid for. I then get told it may arrive in the meantime so I will now have two trolleys if I purchase elsewhere, so now I have another issue of getting this returned. This is not my problem so they should issue an instant refund and then they should deal with DPD to resolve the issue separately., they are passing there issue to me. You have just lost a customer. Poor service.Not sure why I have a £150 issue put onto me to resolve !!!!!I will speak with them Monday and if a refund is not issued immediately I will pay the fee and put this straight in as a small claim, they can pick this cost up later as I am not waiting for any investigation whilst they are holding onto my money, again DPD is not my issue.I will happily build the costs up and these will need to be covered by the seller. My advice is not to purchase anything of any large value or you may have a big problem, please go to a local outlet and purchase as you may have a very expensive issue that you can’t resolve and you money could be tied up for weeks on end and you may never actually see the money again if the investigation does not sit in your favour. There is no guarantee on your money.

Fantastic service. Ordered new golf shoes at a fab price. The torque twist wasn't working right, they had DPD pick them up the next day and a new fully functioning pair the day after. Great service. Will 100% be using again
