Fell in love with the venue immediately. Had a bottle of champagne waiting in the fridge on the day we went to view it. I just knew it was going to be the venue for us.The service we received from day one was amazing. Kind, warming and so welcoming and helpful every step of the way. Special mention to Ciara who we built a relationship with from day one and she kept us right all the way to the big day.The venue speaks for itself - breath taking. It rained all day on our wedding day and there was no let up. This did not dampen our day. There was an umbrella at every turn for every guest and we were able to capture some amazing fun photos being out in the rain. (The only day in September that it rained!)The barn is a gem, the main reason we chose the venue, the tee pee was an addition to the venue after we had viewed it and boy does it bring another element to the place. A fantastic feature.The day was unforgettable, the guests have commented how amazing the venue is and how much they enjoyed the day from start to finish. We stayed in the house and had guests stay in the gate lodge too. Beautifully finished rooms and was lovely having somewhere to stay. Chris and I would like to thank Ciara, Emma and Paul for a wonderful wedding experience and to all the staff that held an umbrella over our heads, served us food and drinks flawlessly, had the craic with us and overall made our day so special and one we will never forget. Recently attended a wedding here. It was so fantastic with all credit to the owner and their staff. Everything was impeccably done and the staff were so friendly. The whole reception went with out a hitch. It was such a relaxed day. If anyone is looking for a venue to hold their wedding reception I would highly recommend Old Rectory. Thanks to all the staff for such a wonderful day.

I recently attended a wedding held at the old rectory, having never heard of the place before. The location is stunning and worth an explore if you can get the chance and the setup for the wedding we attended was very well laid out and gave a sense of scale to the event due to the multiple locations available to host events. Looking forward to returning for another wedding next may, let's hope the weather is as great as it was the for the first wedding . Also the maze was a tad overgrown at the time I attended was fun to do even if I got stuck.

My son Edward and new daughter-in law Nicola held their reception at the Old Rectory on 16th September. Our friends and families were bowled over by the whole event. The staff could not have been better and the wedding was declared to have been perfect. Thank you all. Jane

When we originally saw the Old Rectory we knew it was the venue for us. It is absolutely perfect.We had the ceremony and reception here as the lovely open grounds meant people could relax and enjoy the scenary.The marquee is stunning for the reception.Ciara was absolutely fantastic. Nothing we asked for was an issue.I would highly recommend going up to Killyman for a look if you are looking for a wedding venue... You will not be disappointed.
