Terrible landlord's.. boiler stops working. Cairn and heatcare solution!! Leave me with no hot water to wash or clean and no urgency to help the tenant out!!!!. With no answer as when it's to be fixed... Pay your rent and increases but ram it if anything breaks down.. What an absolute joke

Useless to deal with. Always out of the office, on lunch or on a day off. Never return calls, rent goes up every year, but no improvements for the customer. The blind leading the blind.

No reason for rudeness just because i am a young tenant they think they can treat you like .... once you give the keys back.They seem to use thretening tacktics if you make any requests they dont like, you are as well to go along with whatever they say.you do upgrades to a house and you get nothing for it when you leave.

Kitchens in lilyloch muir of ord all need replaced and bathroom as well no signs of this happening but still putting rent up every year not a good hoysing assosiation start putting some of the money back into the propertys you rent out. Wooden window frames also need renewed all black with condensation its just a disgrace

If you are having serious problems with cairn housing not doing repairs,ect, then go to environmental health and they will sort it out fast as you will be waiting for years for cairn to get round to doing anything.
