Visited here today with kids. First of all, we saw rubbish all over the place on and under tables, we've waited about 15 minutes for the food although we were only the costumer inside, also the food was cold even not warm enough to eat and more expensivethan macdonald, personally was bad experience for us like my kids said

Staff great food hot and tasty. Too long a wait for food although it being cooked and served meant to was hot. All tables cleared and cleaned down ready for next customers

If I could give 0 stars I would. Staff sat doing nothing in view of customers. Lobby was filthy and no one was cleaning. Waited 5 minutes for a burger when I was the only customer in. Every time I come in it’s so quiet and the place is messy, staff are unprofessional and no one seems to know what they’re doing. No one had any hairnets on which they should do when making food. I hope every time I come in it would have improved but it’s awful everytime

Why can't we leave zero stars? Even a single star indicates 20% which is far higher than I want to leave!Ordered our food at the drive through window, and told to park in the car park and someone would bring it out. That's not a great sign, we were rather hoping to get it at the window! Ah well, no problem. Ten minutes past, no sign. Fifteen, then twenty minutes, still no sign of our food. After 25 minutes I went in and asked if there was a problem. Yes, I was told, short of staff. I said it would have been nice to have been told that at the window, so we had the choose to go elsewhere. Five minutes later a young lady thrust a bag at me and I returned to my car and handed out the packages. First one opened was a whopper, stone cold. Next were two chicken and bacon Royales, which were both utterly devoid of bacon. Or cheese. Or salad, or mayonnaise. No, I'm not joking, we actually just had a chicken burger, bare, in a bun.I put everyone's food back in the bag, took it back in the shop and put it on the counter and left it there, and told them to refund it all to the card while I went somewhere worth giving my money to. Absolute rubbish

To be fair, it was very quiet when I went. Food was lovely, but did take a while to prepare. Asked for a bag so I could carry my drinks to the car, and while they provided one of those drink holders, which was ideal, they seemed put out when I asked. Certainly there were no issues that would prevent me from coming again.

Half the order was wrong. 1 item missing completely. Ordered a double whopper only received a normal whopper. Drink missing too!!! Won't be ordering from here again.

According to online sources, the place was supposed to be open for another 90 mins but on arrival, the single serving staff member had placed all chairs on the tables (imo a poor choice for hygiene reasons), and was mopping the floor. Self serving kiosks were closed, and so we ordered at the counter. Limitations on the chosen drink for their meal deal.I didn't think the food was as tasty as I remember it from last time and, as with other fast food outlets, the food never ever resembles that advertised. The service wasn't particularly fast"."
