Honestly the best florist to ever exist in luton! The most prettiest bouquet was made for my graduation and i honestly loved it so much it was exactly what i had asked for and it had also been delivered within such a short time of notice. The customer service alongside the staff is amazing. I have been a returning client whether that’s for flowers or gifts for any and every occasion!! This flower/gift shop is one of the best shops i have come across, also has one of the best quality flowers and the most beautiful gifts definitely worth the price!! I highly recommend this shop for any occasion whether that be weddings birthdays christmas eid you name it!! Will definitely be returning as per usual❤️❤️

I had been massively been let down by another florist on Christmas Eve who were due to deliver that day but just cancelled the order saying they didn’t have enough flowers! Ringing various places in a panic and basically being told “no chance at such short notice and especially on Christmas Eve” I’d almost given up hope. I rang Moments By Trillions expecting the same response and couldn’t believe it when I was told “absolutely no problem” Zunair could not have been more helpful. He took a video of the bouquets he had available and so I was able to see exactly what I was ordering. Within a very short time, the flowers had been delivered and they were amazing! I am so grateful to Zunair who really went above and beyond to help me in my situation. I was so upset when I was let down by the other company but Zunair totally saved the day. Will have absolutely no hesitation in ordering from Moments by Trillions for all my flower deliveries in the future. Thank you so much.

Bought this beautiful hamper for my mum for mother's day. What can I say, she was astonished, I never really got he something nice for mother's day and now she was surprised and left in tears. I called the number, was referred to a WhatsApp chat where I selected a bouquet, was given payment details and arranged delivery in just a few minutes. All comms super-clear, process was easy, job done. Thank you.

I needed gifts delivering today last minute, no one was able to do it but moments by trillionz actually saved the day for me. They made a really nice helium balloon for me with a chocolate bouquet and also got it delivered straight away to the delivery address. I bought it at a reasonable price, their not to cheap and not to expensive, their just right. I'm very happy with their service and i really appreciate them for doing it on the last minute.Thank You Guys
