The above should be a no star. I am unsure as to how this surgery is still opened, I hardly use the doctors surgery however when I am ill, i feel worse going to see the doctor than when I went in. The whole process starting from the receptionist to the doctors has been horrendous. They clearly need more training, there is no empathy or care for the patients. They prioritise specific patients and take advantage of individuals who do not have English as their first language. My mother had been told by the nurse that she had high blood pressure and they gave her an appointment two weeks later, this could have had a detrimental impact on her health. There is a lack of professionalism, there have been many other occasions. Something needs to be done for the sake of other patients as we will not be using this surgery.

Coming from a different practice as a new patient i can actually say i have had very good service. Quick referrals to specialists is just amazing.

Good health clinic. Been coming here all my life . All the doctors are great . Receptionists can give late appointments but GP is always busy, so it's not their fault as they try to give the best treatment to all their patients.

My family has been part of this GP for decades. Dr Hinna is especially helpful and kind everytime we see her and is always supportive of our issues and offers us great advice.Thank you very much for your service.

Receptionist are liars. I called like 20times for an appointment and no one picked up. Went there in person to book an appointment, only to hear oh we will do it this once but call next time. I told them I did and basically they called me a liar. Needless to say a slanging match started. The receptionist told me to shut up so got a good hearing from me too. Pathetic service and attitude of the receptionists.

These excellent establishment has been my family GP for over 30 years. We have always had a positive experience with all the doctors, especially Dr Bhatti and Dr Henna. The service is always top class and we appreciate them very much.Thank you for your hard work.

Call was 11.30. Consultant called at 12.30 he was an hour late. Why is it when if the patient is late its his/her fault but if the consultant is late its not his/her fault??? Then when he did called he hanged up then we tried to call again to call back and he told us to make another appointment. You seriously need to check your ratings on google maps as your service is very poor. I can get many things done 100 times faster in Pakistan then I do here. I might aswell go to Pakistan. Thats my complaint for this issue.This is the great britian. Its supposed to be a very sophisticated country but the NHS has fallen to badly I never have seen a total disgrace it has become. Both hospitals and GPs dont seem to be working together anymore. No wonder people are depressed here in UK even my mum who believed in this system. No wonder people are dying here at such an alarming rate here and depression is at an all ridicolus high level because we are forced to be dependant on a NHS system thats being run by incompetent nurses staff. Personally it needs a complete reformation and fresh people who genuinely care for people and not greed. Im sorry to say but the head of this GP practice who was my consultany which I will respectfully wont say his name but is just in it for the money and no longer has care or concerns for his patients.

This has to be one of the worst and most incompetant surgeries ever. Noone answers the phone, service is dire and i seriously cannot believe its not being investigated. Where is the management that get paid for the supposed running of this centre? There are about 5 receptionists sitting on the desk chatting constantly, but noone answers calls. Face to face appointments are only given if your on the brink of death. Seriously, managers need to be held accountable.

This surgery used to be good but since covid they've gone downhill. Firstly the telephone lines are a nightmare, you can be caller number 1 for 1hr 20 mins and still not get through. How they diagnose chest infections etc without listening to the chest I don't know. Each doctor has his own set of rules, no set policy for the practice. One may cancel u after one attempt of calling you whilst the others always say they have to call twice. Hospital staff, surgeons, janitors are all out there working but gp practices still not offering face to face appointments. Absolutely disgusting!

If you're more than 10 mins late you cannot be seen, arrive within 10 minutes of your appointment time and you have to wait 1 HOUR MINIMUM to be seen, most horrible service I have ever had to ensure and coming from a GP I've been registered with my entire life. Its a disgrace and due to this reason I will be moving away from this practice. To think this was once a surgery that cared for its patients, its now all about timing and priority in an order that doesn't make sense, SORT IT OUT OR THE GP WONT LAST!!
