I have just gone through the most traumatic experience of my life in losing both my parents within 2 weeks of each other. My mum before she died told me never to use co-op or others ( proper Cornish lady) . She said Bodmin Funeral Services are the best. She was right.I cannot express my gratitude enough to the support they have given to me and my family. Their professionalism and genuine kindness is simply outstanding. The attention to detail and the amount of stress they take off your shoulders is just what you need when you are vulnerable .I do know at times like this money is a dirty word but they are extremely good value for money. To me they are priceless and Carol will remain in my heart forever.

At extremely short notice, New Year's Eve, I called Bodmin Funeral Services and asked if they could help in moving the body of my friend from the family home near St Mawes. Without blinking, the boss said he was sure they could help - and I should drop by their premises to see what I needed. Within a few minutes one of his staff was following me in the firm's car through the long narrow lanes to the family farm. Phil was very friendly, and respectful, and could not do enough to help. This is the 2nd time I used them ,1st was for my dad in 2010 ,we had attended a family friend funeral in January 2010 and my dad was so impressed with things ie Paula walking infront of the herse as they came in that my dad said when I go please use them ,which we did ,then in June next this year we lost mum so without any hesitation we phone then up and got them to sort it ,nothing was too much trouble, Paula made the whole process, very smooth and easy to deal with ,Carol was fantastic and went above and beyond as the place we had for the wake started to muck us about so Carol sorted out somewhere else, that was perfect, so massive weight off our shoulders ,also Angus was a great help as well as the rest of the team ,wouldn't use anyone else for my parents
