My first time leasing a vehicle and both David and Scott made it a seamless transaction. Delivery was made within 10 days (as it was a stock car)Prices are competitive.What makes willow stand out from the rest is David’s and Scott’s personal approach to their clients.We had a slight hiccup but David dealt with the issue first hand and assured me.Would I use them again.... of course. Would I recommend Willow leasing to friends and family.... most definitely!Thanks again David and Scott.

Fantastic service from this company. Marcus was helpful and informative. Bit of a delay in receiving my vehicle but this was due to Nissan and the current circumstances. Would highly recommend

In September 2022, I responded to an on-line advert by Willow Leasing stating delivery for a new Kia Niro would be January 2023 (18 weeks). However, it is now 49 weeks and still no confirmed delivery date for my car. In fact, based on recent information received it is probable that my car is still not manufactured. Obviously, I am extremely annoyed and frustrated by this.Because Willow Leasing have always been polite and responsive, rather than giving a 1 star review, I have given them 3 stars to bring attention to this situation. However, set out below is my opinion of some action / things to be aware of before making a decision to proceed with any car leasing.Willow Leasing is just a broker. Therefore, Wilson Leasing is totally dependent on information provided to them by others, i.e., the actual leasing agent; the supplying car dealer and Kia UK. If anything goes wrong, then the broker has no power to do anything significant other than keep you informed.Ask the broker who provided the information on delivery period. Once your car is manufactured, it will have a VIN number. Therefore, to confirm the delivery status, you potentially can ask the broker to request the VIN number for your car. However, note that not all car manufacturers release the VIN number until the car is about to be delivered to the car dealer. Even so, unless you have a confirmed delivery date in writing or the VIN number is available, in my opinion whatever timing you are told should be taken with a pinch of salt.Before making a commitment, ask the broker who will be the leasing agent. I didn’t and ended up with Lex Autolease of which 86% of the 599 reviews on Trustpilot rate Lex AutoLease as 1 star! Once the deal with the actual leasing agent is signed, ask the broker to tell you who the car dealer is.If your car is manufactured abroad, then even when it docks in the UK, it could take at least 2 to 5 weeks before it will be available for you.

Terrible experience start to finish. We got our car from Willow over 6 months ago, selected a colour that we didn't really want just because of the delivery time. Turns out we might aswell of waited as it was two weeks late anyway and i had to fight to get it delivered even then! It turns up a 8pm in the dark so i could not properly have a look round, in the moring checked it out and the car had quite a few significant scratches so i took pictures and sent them to willow, they apologies and asked if i would mind getting a quote to put them right. I did but they were not happy with the price, so was told they will sort it.....still waiting with no sign of it ever been sorted. They are great at telling you everything you need to hear on the phone but have no real intension of actually doing anything. Terrible service, would not use again

Willow leasing where great from start to finish. They promptly answered all emails and phone calls, and it wasn’t just a 9 to 5 service!Marcus was extremity helpful and professional, he answered all our questions and nothing seemed too much trouble.We would certainly use them again and have already happily recommended them to friends

I highly recommend Willow Leasing and Kelly-Anne as a car lease consultant. She found the exact car I was looking for and made the leasing process easy and stress-free. Her expertise and attention to detail were exceptional, and I would not hesitate to use her services again in the future.

I would 100% advise using this company everything was smooth throughout. My main point of contact Marcus was very helpful and professional. Car was delivered on scheduled drop off date with no problems whatsoever. Will definitely lease again from here!

Willow were incredibly user-friendly and easy to deal with. They made the whole process very simple from start to finish. Scott was a total pro and didn't mind answering any questions I had. I would definitely use them again.
