We couldn’t recommend Andy and his team enough. From walking into the shop, lots of help there, Andy advised us to go the the Karndean main showroom which was a great help. His lads and him that put the flooring down was excellent. Could not fault their service, would highly recommend. Thank you.

We have used Andy before to lay some Karndean in our bathrooms..We had no hesitation in asking him to sort out the level in our dining room and then lay some Karndean in there.The job was done to the highest standard and we will not hesitate to use Direct Carpets again.

Andy and Sean have done superb job in laying all our different flooring.This includes: herring bone Kardean flooring throughout our downstairs, vinyl in a family bathroom and utility, carpets in a few rooms and laminate flooring in our ensuite. Their broad expertise is fantastic. Also, not to be forgotten, the great customer service in their shop. Highly recommend and would definitely use again.

From the start of the overall process , estimating through to laying this Karndean flooring has been conducted with professionalism , really good quality of workmanship and a courtesy to the Customer. Post the conclusion of the Job , Sean resolved a couple of snags with promptness and a smile on his face and is a really good ambassador for the Firm .Well done Direct Carpets , you come highly recommended by me
