Please do not waist your time and energy in this salon. The staff is extremely rude and incompetent as they take people in between while doing nails - how this even meets hygiene standards? On top of that I have asked for a second layout as I wanted black colour to be brighter and the lady just said “i dont do two layouts”. I do not recommend this salon it is definitely not worth the money they ask.

I was very disappointed with service, poor quality- my gel nails chipped after two days. There is no customer service, rushed from start to the end, very rude. I would not recommend to anyone, the worse experience ever.

they do not soak your nails before they put new polish on; instead they take off old polish, add new, then soak nails; when I inquired about cutting and cleaning them, she said she would do that after she polished; lady was rude, did not shape nails, and overall job was terrible

Sadly I found service rushed and I felt the owner was quite rude and snappy to me. I went to feel pampered but felt the opposite, and unfortunately I couldn't wait to leave. Luckily overall my nails were nice although there are peelings around the acrylics.

It’s a real shame but I won’t be using Ramsey Nails again. The last few visits haven’t been great - nails treated roughly causing bleeding and sore nail beds, lumps of acrylic on back of nails, the owner is really rude and I’m not confident in their sanitisation process (none evident!). I was hoping the bad experiences were isolated but after 3 poor visits it’s time to look elsewhere.

Rushed from start to finish, no care. Used the electric file and has significantly damaged my nails and cut my skin around my nails and have caused bleeding. No care to the cuticles or around the nail. Avoid this place. No washing of hands or soaking after removing old gel so polish gets put straight on top.
