DO NOT RECOMMEND! I placed an order for a £10 worth bottle of fork oil on 28/06/20, order no AMC1635. Chose economy delivery option since it was not urgent. I thought I had plenty of time to get it delivered to me because I didn’t need the bike until Monday 13/07/20, which was the day I was going back to work. Changed the oil seals and wipers, let the old oil out, but them back together. Almost a week later I emailed Averysmotorcycles support email asking on a rough date of delivery, 3 days later got an email back saying that the company was having issues posting the items due to high number of orders. Fine. Waited a little longer, then emailed them back on 09/07/20 asking if it had been despatched at least. Their reply was “Hi Alvydas, Yes your item was sent out in the post last week. As you chose free shipping it would have been a standard second class parcel service it was sent on so I will see if I can find an update for you”. Sunday evening there was no sign of the item, so I ended up putting the old oil back into the forks so I could at least go to work. Then today I see a text message and an email saying that I have been refunded my tenner without any explanation. AVERYS MOTORCYCLES, I would like to say a massive thank you for messing me about for over 2 weeks, good luck with your aim to “to be your no 1 small independent online motorcycle retailer”. Feel free to explain your side of story and why you have refunded me if the order was on its way to me, I will be waiting impatiently.

Purchased a helmet turned up fairly quickThought it was a bit tight..NOW COMES THE PROBLEM..!!They dont answer their phones says sendemail But after sales do not contact youYou get a computerised message to say they have recieved it ..Nothing FurtherReally poor service, i would say buy elswhere Averys do not deserve the buisness if after sales is this poor.... first and last time for meOnly get any form of service when they take your moneySomeone once said to me you are only as good as your after sales service ,think on Averys..

AVOID! - This seller does not have premises, does not answer the phone number on the website and only answers the emails that suit them. I returned part of my order and had 3 unanswered emails regarding the refund. I understand they operate a 30 day timeframe to process refunds but to not even answer the emails I find suspicious and totally unprofessional. I opened up a PayPal case against this seller and received the refund the next day. Since reading other reviews it seems this seller has previous form so I will be contacting the brands that supply him to let them know what they're supporting.

Ordered in stock parts online, it took two and a half weeks just to be posted, I never received it and the tracking number gave no useful information. I contacted Avery’s 3 times. Twice via email and once on instagram with no response. I finally claimed my payment back through PayPal.

HORRENDOUS, STRESSFUL EXPERIENCE. I wish I'd read the bad reviews here and avoided this company completely.I purchased a jacket and jeans in June. Decided not to keep the jeans as they did not fit. Completed a returns request and that's pretty much where the correspondence ended. I had no response to my returns request. No email telling me how to make the return. No response to any telephone or email contact from me over the next month. I decided to return the jeans anyway before the 30 day returns period ended. They kept the jeans and kept my money!! Long story short, PayPal has eventually sorted it out and it's taken 3 months to get my refund.

On October 15, 2023 I ordered a CNC Racing Pramac 25ml fluid reservoir with DHL Global Mail Tracked shipping. On October 28, Averys claim to have shipped it and sent me a Royal Mail tracking number that does NOT work - the Royal Mail website says Tracking information is not available for this service". So far it's not looking good. Ordered a sprocket almost a month ago and still haven't received it. I keep getting emails (about 1 a week) saying...'We know you're still waiting to receive your order, and wanted to provide you with an update.We have not forgotten you! Due to a high volume of orders this month, we're experiencing some issues getting products quickly on their way. We apologize for the delay and any inconvenience this may have caused.Thank you for your patience! 'So I finally sent them an email chasing, and 2 days later I get an email saying...'One of our customer service team will be in touch shortly. We aim to reply to all emails within 2 working days of receiving your message. Please note our summer shutdown is from Aug 6th to 20th 2020 and the office will be unattended.If your enquiry is relating to an order please make sure you have included the order number or the name of the person who placed the order.We are currently working with reduced numbers whilst we follow the governments social distancing policy to protect our family members who are shielding.Well it's 2022 now, so I presume this is an automated reply that's now a tad out of date.Tried ringing and it goes straight through to an answer machine. No option to leave a message, it just cuts off.@ Averys. If you see this review, I am giving you the benefit of the doubt here and are hoping you are just struggling since covid. My order is AMC3512. Please resolve. But your reputation is getting torn up by all these bad reviews, and from what I can tell, you are not doing much to fix it.UPDATE - Part did eventually arrive 1 month after ordering.Mike

AVOID - received mail after 3 weeks after ordering, saying they hadn't forgotten me! I mailed back several times and had no response. I rang the support number and it goes straight to an answer machine saying that they have a dedicated team who can deal with issues quicker than by mail....seems they don't!
