My hair was not done to standard and when this was mentioned they kept trying to blame me. I was not given a consultation before my appointment. Overall do not go if you want anymore than a basic hair cut

Very impressed with the level of professionalism and friendliness by all the staff. I have now had three appointments varying from restyle to colouring. I love my hairstyle and colour.It was a delight to find a hairdressers that listened to what I wanted, and then talked through how to achieve the look.Can't praise them enough.

Always do a lovely job with my hair, bit pricey when you have colour and cut but I think prices are the same in most hairdressers.

Amazing that's all I can say. I'm so happy with my hair. After years of boxed dyes and ending up with black hair a stylist called dolly did a fantastic job on lightening my hair. Really friendly and helpful already booked in for more highlights

Never go there. Didn't like the way a A So called senior stylist" cut my hair. She was cutting my hair in such a way that it was all falling on my face and gave me a brush used for brushing off hair off neck to brush my face. Not happy with the service and wouldn't recommend anyone to spend £29.50 for such poor service."

Was a professional visit, however did feel quite awkward in places as there wasn't much conversation. Also was passed from pillar to post when it came to having my foils taken out. But loved the end result.

Last Saturday one of our owners, Laura, had a rare afternoon off and popped into Cream on the off chance they might have space for a quick haircut. They did! Were very accommodating even though an appointment hadn't been booked. Had a lovely complimentary cup of tea and the most amazing and thorough hair cut courtesy of Lauren. Plus really reasonable rates too, thoroughly enjoyed and felt really spoilt!
