Fantastic customer service from Andrea at the Penarth Rd store, Cardiff. Andrea was very knowledgeable & extremely helpful. Showing us the sleepmatch to find the perfect mattress & asking if we’d like refreshments whilst deciding. Really friendly & accommodating would definitely recommend buying from this store. Went in to have a look at some beds as we moving, didn’t know what we was looking for or what type of beds is suitable for us. Was greeted by Andrea and assisted us all the way. She tested us on what beds are suitable as I always have back pains. Excellent customer service and very helpful, gave us advice and even gave me a pillow to use when trying out the mattresses. She even offered us drinks as we was in there for quite some time, then searched for the best offer available for us. Just from 1 visit we manage to find the perfect bed, highly recommend

I had a wonderful time at dreams yesterday.Andrea, made me feel extremely comfortable and heard. She went above and beyond to make me feel that all of my options were weighed up. What a brilliant, efficient and professional service. Andrea was fantastic, knowledgeable and we were impressed with the Machine to select your individual Mattresses. Great service from beginning to end, we were able to purchase pillows as well as duvets with Andrea as well, it was a big task choosing 3 beds and Andrea made the whole experience seamless and stress free and arranged delivery and assembly Thank you Andrea.

Jules was amazing, very friendly and extremely helpful. It made buying a bed an utter dream. The delivery team Davood and his work partner were great fun, very respectful,confident,friendly and competent, nothing was too much. Thank you Dreams, we will definitely be back in the future.

Popped in to just look for a bed for my daughter. Had great help from Andrea. Bought a lovely bed and treated myself to an amazing pillow.Andrea was so helpful and oddly the whole experience was so emotional we oddly cried. Thank you Andrea for your help.
