Bidford Car Wash

After speaking to Genti and sorting out a dispute they do value their quality and professionalism! I will now be coming here more. Thanks guys and thanks Genti for helping and cleaning my car :)

I don’t recommend this car wash I went for a walk whith my mom and they gave us some dirty looks all they what is just the money not cleaning people cars there are Indian and it’s quite rude that the way there don’t clean your car that’s why they have the money to clean the car property any people go there just AVOID AVOID THIS PLACE

Won’t be returning here, £30 for an exterior and interior clean- at least 4 people cleaning the car and they didn’t clean the back interior windows and parcel ledge and exterior rear windows not cleaned properly left all smeared !

Good.....but sometimes it seems they don't do the wash you've asked for, like it's too much hassle? Maybe I'm wrong. Also, why wear fleeces with Zips and then lean against a car to clean roof....scratches waiting to happen

Just went to this carwash as wanted to support local trade. The guy told me I'd have to pay £18 instead of £13 as the car was dirty!! Clearly not paying extra because the car was dirty...

I took my vehicle in and stated that I wished to have the basic wash which included being leather dried for £10 . They pressure washed of the dirt and then asked me to pull forward , at this point I expected the vehicle to be leathered dry as described in the hoarding. But no , he asked for my money and said that the vehicle was dirty and that this had cost more . I would not have taken it to be cleaned if it was clean ! This was salt not thick mud . He did say there had been a miss understanding on my part , but I ordered what was on there board . Poor service , I will certainly not use again .

They do a good job - much better than I can! Prices have, as everywhere gone up.

Over priced as a start. Then there's the lack of any urgency or direction when you drive in. I actually got out of the car to watch them clean it. Absolute minimum of effort put in and missed loads of areas. Dried the car off with dirty cloths leaving smwared windows all round. The only place in Bidford, but go elsewhere, not worth the extra cost. Could be good with a couple of quid off the price and a fair bit more effort and attention. Steer clear.

Well not impressed didn't wash the wheels properly on my husbands car he came back and as he's not able to bend due 2 illness, I've had to finish the job absolutely mad will not be returning. I could have washed it better myself cowboys
