A lovely place to walk your dog round a challenging golf course and on a hot day, where better than a beautiful pond for your dog to drink a cool off. You can also sit in the bar area and watch the golfers tee off on hole one.

An amazing place to walk around or just to play golf, plenty of woodland to explore. The park looks amazing if you go in the early hours. If you time it right at the pond you'll see the local Heron.

Really lovely course. All the members are very nice as well. Only huge downside is the public access!! People walk all over the course and you constantly have to wait or try and avoid them. Also there's no driving range witch is a pretty basic thing a golf course should have. Between dog walkers and people riding bikes through the course when you're trying to play it just isn't worth the money. On top of that the food is definitely not worth the trip either! Small portions and high prices don't mix. All this added up means you'd be much better played crane valley or even parley ✌️

Course is ‘ok’ but unfortunately completely ruined by the public. I get it, they are allowed to walk there, but the hoards of inconsiderate people treating it like a public park makes it a very bad golf experience. Countless dog walkers meandering aimlessly or playing fetch in the fairways, kids riding their bikes or flying drones on the greens and a couple LITERALLY HAVING A PICNIC in one of the bunkers! The latter who were upset with me when I shouted at them and told them to move, like I was somehow in the wrong and had ruined their date. It may be ok during working hours but I’d strongly advise avoiding at weekends or twilight. I get now why it was so cheap.

It's a beautiful park although it feels like I always have to look around for flying balls. And it's really noisy from the A338 side hence minus 1 star.

Lovely morning walking the dog as I often do in Queen's Park. Beautiful and well kept golf course with a good amount of wild areas. Lots of dog poo bins and good signage and lines of sight to keep you safe from low flying golf balls!

The kids love walking and walking the dog here, but the golfers are not friendly. Not the first time rude golfers say it's a place they use and not public. It's not safe for kids to dodge golf balls and the golfer clearly saw the children.

The course has so much potential: it's challenging and the tree lined fairways are stunning. The greens do need some TLC though. The biggest problem, as others have commented, is the fact it's open to the public so you have to put up with dogs running over to you, kids on electric bikes using the greens as ramps, people ambling across the fairways, children playing in a bunker like it's a sand pit and even someone sitting on the fairway infront of the teebox. We paid £29 each for our round which is extortionate for what you have to contend with.

A lovely walk around a golf course with both track and freereign walking. There is also a beautiful pond at one of the ends of the park often with ducks, swans and a variety of birds which is a peaceful place to ponder and watch the beautiful habitat. There are often dog walkers around also, so perhaps a nice walk for them too.

Quite a nice course - some interestingly contoured fairways and greens… course very dry and rock hard so ball bounces and rolls a long way. Good value for money!
