A fantastic 5 star job from AIAK LTD We were so delighted with the bathroom that Bobby fitted last year and he has done it again with our shower room. Couldn't be more pleased, nothing was too much trouble. The whole team are excellent and are to be highly recommended.

Being a first time buyer, I was looking for recommendations to have our main bathroom updated, I was introduced to AIAK Ltd and what a great job they did. I'm so pleased with the work that was carried out, Azad in particular went above and beyond. I'm glad that I was able to find someone reliable and reasonably priced too. I will definitely be using you again to do the kitchen (once I've saved enough) haha, thanks again!

Azad was so helpful and so professional - not pushy at all and very reasonable / fairly priced. He helped us update our kitchen (change worktop, sink, hob, tiling) and other odd jobs around the house such as moving radiators, putting TV onto wall (with cables in wall) - very reliable and good quality workmanship. Would recommend!

Azad completely transformed our ground floor - the quote was good value and the work generally completed to a high standard.They installed a supporting joist across the back wall of the house and large bifold doors, all of which was done very safely and thoroughly.All of his workers were pleasant to have around and they were patient while we sorted out issues with suppliers!Would definitely recommend - pictures of before/after below.

Amazing builder. I heard ot this company from a friend who had work done and was very pleased with it. I gave Aiak a call and he was cheaper than the other 4 quotes (provided a free no obligation quote). He created a new partition wall for my new bathroom and installed everything in my new bathroom (bathtub, sink toilet & tiling). He spent 2 days to do all this where the rest quoted 4 days. Thank you Az!!

We required a replacement granite sink and tap to be fitted and Aiak Ltd carried out a professional and excellent job. The existing work top was chipped and Aiak Ltd fixed this with some caulking. The eye for detail and saving us to replace the worktop is greatly appreciated. Great service all round and would definitely use Aiak LTD again. Thank you.
