Spilled cola over my laptop. Got a replacement motherboard from Dell and swapped it out for the fried one . Within 2 days the laptop was back and sitting on my desk. Got an essay in on time . Top Show !

This is Bristol's secret computer service. Byteback is tucked away in the old Ashton Gate brewery yard and not immediately visible from the main road (North St) - though they should be as they offer a first class service.The guys here are extremely helpful, patient with people (like myself) who don't entirely understand how the 'insides' of computers work. And the low cost computer scheme they run is another story. It's well worth going down there to find out more.

Byteback have provided low cost computers to 100's of over 55's and people with a disability who have been on our free beginners computer courses. Many of the new learners do not have sufficent funds to buy a new laptop and the low cost at the time enabled them to get connected at home. I look forward to reccommeding them (as well as the new cheaper tablets on the market) to new learners with low income in the future.

Very, very poor. This scrounging company has been caught using 'workfare' employees which is forced labour under threat of benefit being stopped. This is because these shirkers have an attitude of entitlement and believe that the un-employed are 'employees of the state' and don't deserve to be paid the national minimum wage and should be forced to work in this grubby little shop for free. These benefit scroungers would much rather taxpayers pay their wage-bill than have to pay staff an appropriate wage out of their own pocket. STOP EXPLOITING POOR AND VULNERABLE PEOPLE OR YOU WILL BE SHUT-DOWN

Couldn't recommend the team at Byteback any more highly. When it comes to IT and data destruction they are the guys to speak to. They also have a very ethical outlook in their business which is so important these days. 5 Stars all day long.
