Used Select Energy Group Birmingham for my latest round of both gas and electricity tenders for our business. Found them to be extremely professional and competitive throughout and kept me up to date throughout the whole tendering process. No pushy" sales. As a company we get dozens of pushy energy calls a week. However Kris from Select Energy wasn't at all like that, he was professional, easy to talk to and very helpful, not at all pushy or intimidating. Kris found us a fantastic price on our energy rates. We wouldn't use anyone else.

Having been let down by 2 Select Energy representatives who just didn't bother to complete my account I was so lucky when I phoned and got Todd Brindle, he sorted everything out for me and got me a great price for my electricity. He kept in touch with me to keep me in the loop with the progress of setting up my account and really helped me out. He deserves more than 5 stars but overall other staff let the company down significantly. If you are contacting Select Energy make sure you ask for Todd.

Was contacted my a representative called Mohammed who was pleasant, helpful and very informative, an experience I have rarely had when dealing with energy brokers in the past. He did not pester and gave me my space to plan and decide in what is a very tricky and variable electricity market. Altogether I would recommend.

Glenn provided an excellent service, he did exactly what we needed, provided us with concise information and I would not hesitate to recommend using Select if they are all as good as him.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Glenn contacted me by email and I saved his details until our contracts were due. The process was really efficient and Glenn was there all the way to completion. What a wonderful company to work for.Unfortunately having to leave for personal reasons, but not only are they an ethical company who really strive to give customers the most competitive rates available, they also care about every single individual who work for them, ensuring you have everything possible to do the job to the best of your ability.I was excited to turn up for work every single day, as no two days are the same.I would strongly advise customers to use this company as they will get to know the company and your needs on a personal level and never leave you in the loop with anything.I have thoroughly enjoyed my 18 months here and if things change in the future I would jump at the opportunity to return to Select Energy Group.Thanks for everything :)

Josh has been handling the account for one of our site for over a year now and recently they have been awarded another contract.Any issue I have with the energy supplier, I will leave for Josh to resolve it.So far the service has been excellent and I would recommend it.

I have been dealing with Todd Brindle to lock in a new deal for when our current utility contracts end. Todd is very proficient and professional in his approach to customers and follows up after new contracts have been signed. He was very helpful when I had problems registering our new BG contract and stayed on the phone until he was sure all steps had been completed fully.
