I ordered fitted sheets which arrived very quickly, unfortunately they were too deep for my mattresses. I contacted the company and they dealt with the problem immediately. I would not hesitate to use them again as it is nice to deal with an efficient company that believes in great customer service. First rate.

We ordered two jersey cotton fitted sheets and two mattress protectors for our new reclining bed. They were advertised as suitable for a super king reclining bed at 90cm x 200cm x 25cm each side, (our mattresses have a 23cm depth). The sheets arrived within a couple of days but no mattress protectors.I called the company and the phone was answered very promptly. I was advised the protectors would follow in 7-10 days as they are made to order. Sure enough they arrived and I have to say the quality of both are top notch.I have literally just went back to their website and ordered a second set of the fitted sheets so already I am a returning customer. The style of sheet you go for will be a personal choice but if you’re unsure the Jersey cotton feels lovely against the skin.

Twice I ordered from BD and I was very pleased with my pillows and bedding. Customer service was very good too; part of the order was incorrect and the replacement product arrived the next day. Thanks Samantha !

I have used this company on previous occasions and have always been delighted with the quality of goods and service. It is so difficult to be able to find extra deep fitted sheets for our mattresses and I have found their products to be the best. They have an impressive range of quality products, thread counts and fitting ranges for sheets.I am now writing to thank Bedlinen Direct for their prompt and excellent customer service when, at the end of November, having sent the wrong size sheets , and also, unfortunately, because I had been away from home, did not actually see they were the incorrect size, because I had rung my husband to ask him to look out for the delivery and to wash them on a mild temperature to freshen them up.On returning home, I began to iron them, but straightaway could see they were incorrect and notified the company. All I can say is....THANKYOU !! Such wonderfully prompt and understanding support where they immediately sent me the correct ones. We often hear about poor customer service, but this is an exemplary example of how business should be done. I have recommend this company to many people in the past couple of years already, and will definitely continue to do so.Once again...well done and many thanks xx

i ordered 12 sets of luxury bed linen in white for our holiday cottage rental in Ambleside. It was very quick to come and was of superb quality except for one pillow case which had some snags on the front.I emailed the company and was sent a replacement within 2 days without any quibbles.I received an excellent service, and Lily Tarn Cottage has received some great reviews for the bed linen!I will definitely be ordering again in the future.

My sheet was supposed to be 100% Egyptian cotton which was clearly stated on the website. Once delivered the sheet says 20% Egyptian cotton, 80% cotton... After doing some research on the cotton it is cheaper cotton which is being used, giving the sense that you are getting more for your money, which is completely FALSE. Not what I ordered and are refusing to pay return postage for a misleading item. False advertising.The other products I purchased were completely fine and seem value for money, however my whole experience has been tarnished by not simply offering a free return and refund on a misleading item. Be more specific on your website so you don't give a negative experience to customers....

Bought 4 pillows and have to say ive just had the best sleep ever the quality is amazing, also had a few questions after purchase and Samantha at bedlinen Direct was always very prompt and able to answer any questions i had. Great conpany will definitely use again and recommend

This is a first class company that provides an excellent service and high quality goods at reasonable prices. I bought two sets of Belledorm bedding from them and am delighted with them. delivery was very quick and my Country Diary bed sets are really pretty. The quality is as good as; if not better than a more expensive company's product I used to buy. Well done Bedlinen Direct. To be recommended.

Dacron Comforel Mattress ToppersPlease do not buy these toppers. They quality of it is far from hotel toppers. I bought one 200x200cm and after a few weeks of sleeping on it it lost its shape. I was literally sleeping in a ditch. I contacted a seller and they advised me to turn it and re-loft it twice a week. With this size of a topper it is a hard work as it's very heavy and bulky. I eneded up with a back pain.I sent the topper back on my own cost and after a few weeks the company contacted me stating the topper was fine. I was not offered any compensation, even a partial one, so £ 170 is literally thrown out.I definitely do not recommend Bedlinen Direct ( poor service ) neither their toppers ( terrible quality).
