Great welcome from Berni got a wheelchair straight away for Mrs Ferguson as I didnt have one. Berni had great knowledge about all the aids and wasnt pushy at all.The lady I look after felt very comfortable after she was shown a walker which Berni had her walking around the shop. Great service I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this shop

I called 10 minutes before closing wanting a commode when my dad discharged himself from hospital, I was desperate and the 2 lovely ladies who worked there agreed to stay open whilst I drove to the shop, I arrived 10 minutes after they should have closed the shop, they were so friendly and helpful even though they had long journeys home, one of the ladies had to drive home to Barnsley, and were held up to allow me to get what I needed, I’m so grateful for the wonderful service and kindness they showed me, thank you.

Came in last week with 2 of my elderly neighbours, BERNIE was absolutely amazing with both of them and they both made a purchace that will enhance their day to day life!! Thankyou so much bernie

Mum had never even sat on a mobility scooter before but needed one so went to Pargate, Bernie was amazing, really friendly and attentive.Nothing was any bother and we could take as much time as we wanted.Mum was whizzing around the shop in no time..Bernie gave mum a full demo, nothing was left out then she showed me how to dismantle the scooter to get it in the car....(very easy)..No pushy sales, Bernie was showing mum the cheapest, but mum went and spent an extra few Quid on the next model up..A lovely experience...Thanks Parkgate teamMolly, George and Pete

Very helpful and kind. They were incredibly patient and were a real help as my joints are knackered and they were happy to hand things to me and pass stuff. They were also very knowledgeable and understanding. I seriously recommend them.

Very helpful and patient when my mum wanted to try a mobility scooter. Bernie at Batley branch was lovely, knowledgable and not at all pushy. Found the perfect model for mum and she is very happy.

Phenomenal service 5+*If you could award more than 5 stars then I absolutley would. From the first visit to the shop in Batley to enquire about a mobility scooter to delivery within a week and a house visit to demonstrate the scooter in between the service was impeccable. Richard the technician that provided not only the demonstration but ensured my mum could manage the scooter in and out of her property before he would leave gave my mum all the confidence she needed to proceed. Richard took care of the paperwork and delivered the scooter with what I consider an above and beyond approach. I cannot recommend Richard and the team at Parkgate enough 5+* all the way.
